Chocolate Chiffon Cake
hello. This is a soft and fluffy chocolate chiffon cake recipe. The cake is delicious on it's own or you can top it with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients (makes a 6-inch round cake):
3 eggs
50 grams milk
35 grams milk
45 grams cake flour
10 grams cocoa powder
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
45 grams sugar

Recipe?
1. In a bowl, mix together 10 grams gelatin and 80 grams water 2. In a pot, add in 220grams sugar and 60 grams water. Bring it to a boil then let it boil another minute. 3. Pour the sugar mixture into the gelatin mixture. Whisk on medium speed [Optional: add 1/2tsp vanilla] 4. Dye batter into desired colors. 5. Pipe out onto surface covered in cornstarch 6. Dust with cornstarch once you're finished piping and brush off any excess. 7. Enjoy
