0:16 with 0.25 playback speed did it for me. Putting one FOOT on the loop touching the ground at 0:17 let me fineggle it flat down the ground much easier.

You are my hero today. I've been struggling with this diabolical tent in the middle of the beach, completely alone with wind blowing so hard in my face. Needless to say it was quite a show I was giving to all the residents of the building. WOW. Thanks Lynn and Dave. I was gifted a komodo pop up tent a month ago, and have not been able to fold it away. My friends I tried for hours and just could not figure out how to fold the tent - then gave up.
