Bought one 10 days ago, sent it back for refund this Limcet box is the worst sh..tty crap I ever bought in my whole life... Crashes 10 times a day, unable to make a phone call that crap freezes and requires a reboot... Unacceptable for something meant to be used while driving.

Good morning! In the time then I doing the upgrade for my Carplay ( limcet box), the Carplay was blocked, the scrin was in the black color and nothing to happen ( around 30 minutes). After that I remove the USB/SD card and tried again, bun no success. The Carplay was blocked, no Bluetooth connection, my phone wasn't able to get the limcet box..... Please, help me, how to reconnect the Carplay! The car is one Mercedes Benz w 212 / NTG 4.0 Thanks in advance!

It is supported by your car system if you are not connecting with the Carplay.
why provide video to show people how to update-if you are not going to provide the update file.
we are not the manufacturer, just show people who have the same requirements how to do it. Also, the software depends on your existing interface vision, not universal, otherwise may have some issues. Hope you can understand.
