Upside down puff pastry Tacos, Puff Pastry Hotdogs and Puff Pastry Shaabiyat

Dish #1 Upside down Puff Pastry Tacos 🇲🇽
Beef Filling recipe:
400 gms minced meat (beef/lamb)
1 medium Onion, chopped finely
½ Green Capsicum/ Bell pepper, chopped finely
1 medium Tomato, chopped
1 medium Carrot, chopped finely
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Butter
¼ tsp Black Pepper powder
¼ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Cajun Spice/ Oregano
1 tbsp Tomato paste
Salt as required
.
Top up with veggies of your choice, I used lettuce, avocado slices, onion, tomato and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Sauce/ Dressing: Yogurt and hot sauce

Dish #2 Puff Pastry Hotdogs/ Pigs in a blanket 🇺🇸

Dish #3 Puff Pastry Shaabiyat 🇱🇧
Recipe:
Smear ghee and bake at 200 for 15-20 or until golden and puffed
Pour cooled simple syrup and make an opening, pipe in with whipped cream with icing sugar and rose water, coat in crushed pistachios. 😋

On website u hav mentioned yeast and baking powder twice.. one is 1/4 tsp and other is 1/2 which one is correct
