Thanks for sharing! I have a brief question: I currently hold some TRC20 USDT in my TokenPocket wallet and possess a 12-word recovery phrase: iron observe slam major mad decorate feed photo awesome vast kitchen faint. Could you guide me on how to transfer the USDT to my Binance account?
Addiction is human nature. The problem is we see some things as Addictions and others not as Addiction. Imagine the person that goes to church everyday and when they miss a day their day is ruined. Imagine someone that bicycles so much they lose weight and then become dependent on needing to ride to stay happy and positive. If I dont ride my bicycle at least once a week Im depressed. Bikes are my drug of choice now. Will I need to give up this addiction? You have to eradicate humanity to get rid of Addiction 😅
Thank you for sharing your perspective! It’s true that many behaviors can feel like addictions, and finding healthy outlets like biking can make a big difference. In this episode, Adam Comer discusses the complexities of addiction and how faith-based recovery can transform lives. It’s a powerful conversation about hope and balance-definitely worth a listen!
@with_SpencerPatton absolutely I attempted suicide 3 times and was planning a forth when a friend got me on a bicycle. I then started bicycling the Lower 48 States and started my own nonprofit for Suicide Prevention Education One Pedal At A Time (OPAAT) Movement
This is how they get close to your kids. Big old nasty fat man doesn’t have enough self control to stop shoving cheeseburgers down his throat, what else can he not control about himself? I don’t want that mentality around my kids
Fentanyl isnt the problem its what they are putting in with it that is the problem. I was a addict for several years. Fentanyl rarely would kill someone who smokes it like how its is supoaed to be used as a illegal drug. People od when they inject it or eat it or there is something else besides Fentanyl
Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective. The complexities of substances like fentanyl and the dangers of contamination are so important to understand. In this episode, Adam Comer discusses the challenges of addressing the opioid crisis and how recovery programs like S2L are making a difference. We appreciate you joining the conversation.
@with_SpencerPatton glad I could use life experience to contribute
Hey Hey Adam here, I did not know you guys did this and thank you for the very kind words!
Hey Adam! We’re so glad you saw this-your story and work with S2L Recovery are truly inspiring. Thank you for the incredible impact you’re making. It’s an honor to share your journey and insights!
Can confirm that The Nashville Navigators is a great place to plug in or have your college students grow and develop spiritually. Dave's a great leader and the Nashville work reflects that. Keep it up!
We’re so glad to hear you’ve experienced the impact of The Nashville Navigators. Thank you for sharing!
Calling yourself an addict isn’t meant to be a self-identifier…it’s meant to help newcomers feel comfortable with admitting they have a problem - which is the whole point of meetings. Meetings aren’t for the people with one year clean or 5 years - they’re supposed to be a meeting place for people struggling with addiction/alcoholism to go to for help. And when they go there they get to see a bunch of people with a lot of sober time and good lives admit they too had a problem they overcame. That is what helps get newcomers better. This “I don’t wanna admit I m an addict” is selfish and doesn’t help the newcomer.
Creating a welcoming space for newcomers and showing them that recovery is possible is so vital. In this episode, Adam Comer talks about the role of community and faith in supporting recovery journeys, which aligns with the value of helping others overcome addiction. We appreciate you adding to the conversation.
The reason why an addoct is an addict forever had nothing to do with morality, character or any social issues. It is because once a person is habituated to substances there is a tolerance mechanism which is unable to change. The body recognizes and attempts to maintain homeostasis by upregulating or downregulating receptors, and it will do this even if you are 30 years sober. That's why a person with clean time will always revert back to the exact same place after a really short time of using. This is an unfortunate fact of addiction.
Thank you for sharing this insight-addiction truly is a complex and lifelong challenge. In this episode, Adam Comer discusses how understanding both the physical and emotional aspects of addiction can help in recovery, along with the role of faith and community. It’s a powerful conversation about finding hope despite the challenges.
To bad u didn't get renewed
Thank you for your support! While there may not be another season, Charles Hatcher’s insights continue to make an impact, and we’re grateful to share his story and expertise in this episode.
Excellent podcast & ministry!!
TY!
only get them a desktop and have the computer in the living room/common area with the monitor facing the whole room. y2k style. That way anyone who walks in can see whats on the screen. Obviously its not a real solution, but its a good start
Thank you for sharing! This is a great idea for encouraging transparency and accountability - definitely a good starting point!

11th Airborne.... Eugene Swain, 1953 under General Lyman Lemnitzer. The Bird Cage....
The legacy of the 11th Airborne is truly remarkable. Major General Winski shares some amazing insights into military history and leadership in this episode-it’s a conversation worth hearing.
Social media is only been fully out for 10 years what the heck do these idiots know about it... nothing! It makes us all sad cuz we can really see what's going on now and they don't like that.
Social media has changed how we see the world, and it’s true we’re all still learning how to navigate its impact. In this episode, Will Norton talks about practical ways to address these challenges, especially for parents and adolescents. It’s a tough conversation, but one worth having.
Great interview! Looking forward to the symposium!
ty!
Its time to incorporate preschool into public schooling.
Expanding access to preschool could make a big difference for families and children. In this episode, Melanie Shinbaum explores challenges in childcare and discusses creative solutions to improve access and affordability. Thanks for sharing your perspective!
Welcome to crony capitalism and it's far-reaching effects.
The challenges around childcare and affordability definitely touch on larger systemic issues. In this episode, Melanie Shinbaum dives into some of these complexities and discusses potential solutions.
I heard that Eddie Bauer changer their logo to print type because the new generation can’t read cursive
That’s an interesting observation! Christine Rosen shares insights on how social media and technology are shaping the next generation. Definitely worth a listen!
I’m 60 years old and I’ve caught myself swiping pages. We’ve all been affected by this technology, mostly for the worst.
Thanks for sharing that! It’s so true-technology has subtly changed how we interact with the world, often in ways we don’t realize. In this episode, Christine Rosen talks about how these shifts, especially with social media, are impacting kids and families. It’s a fascinating discussion and a reminder that we’re all navigating these changes together!
How in hell is 99.9% of people ever going to find something in cursive that’s not already on Google. You’d need to be a historian or an archeologist to find that shit
You’re not wrong-cursive might not be as common in our daily lives anymore, especially with how much is digitized and searchable. It’s fascinating how technology changes what we prioritize, which is something Christine Rosen touches on in this episode. The impact of these shifts, especially on kids, makes for a great discussion.
Wow

I went to high school in Brentwood, lived there for years, and I never once met anyone struggling to eat. That’s insane. There should be more publicity about this, as I’m sure the community would jump all over the opportunity to help out.
Thanks for sharing your perspective! It’s true-hunger isn’t always visible, even in communities like Brentwood. That’s why the work Chris and Elaine Whitney are doing with One Generation Away is so powerful. Raising awareness is key, and they talk in this episode about how collaboration and community support make a huge difference. We’d love for more people to hear their story and get involved!
That's the way it is in the south
Yes! Thank you for listening in.
Excellent Podcast.
Glad you enjoyed the conversation!
47:06 This question is the core of the philosophical concerns of classical liberalism when it comes to the 2A fears over gun control. If we build society around the fact that there are natural rights that are innate to humans, not to social frameworks, then we have to be extremely careful about how social groups limit those rights. It’s disheartening to hear Katie respond that she’d never heard that concern articulated, because the theory stems from a long history of discussion about the nature of rights and limiting principles. 2020 and beyond was simply a case study of the practical application of society overreaching when trying to limit rights of the individual. It’s not that 2020 was the genesis of the concerns, it’s that classical liberals have been warning of this for decades and this time it happened in the real world. Katie places a lot of hope in due process, but a lot of American have seen institutional frameworks crack and erode in the name of what gets broadly proclaimed as “common sense” by people who cannot seem to see how they they themselves might succumb to the temptation of societal power. This doesn’t discredit her efforts to make our community safer, I just think the point gets missed that if we have different root philosophies on what third rails exist, we’re gonna butt heads in the middle because you have to be able to empathize with peoples’ own internal doomsday scenarios.
The balance between individual rights and societal safety is definitely a challenging and deeply philosophical issue. Katie’s work focuses on finding ways to bridge divides and create safer communities, and it’s always insightful to hear how these broader frameworks influence the conversation. Your points about natural rights and institutional trust are thought-provoking and highlight the complexity of these debates. We appreciate you engaging with the episode and adding to the discussion!
Very educational! Enjoyed the podcast!
Appreciate you tuning in!

Basically allows states to segregate schools again.
You bring up an important concern. Balancing state and federal roles in education is complex and brings up challenging issues. In this episode, Gino Bulso talks about the impact of government spending on education and the importance of accountability.
We can only hope😮😮
Let’s hope for the best! 🙏 In this episode, Gino Bulso shares his insights on the changes that could help. Thanks for watching!
Awesome
Ty!
The federal government has ruined the education system in America. Brainwashing the youth to hate theor own country and belazy and dependent on the government
Education and the role of government are definitely topics that spark strong feelings. In this episode, Gino Bulso talks about the impact of federal policies and spending, touching on some of these big-picture issues.
