Arduino IoT Shield - myInnovation
Bukky is a young college girl that has interest in electronics programming
and Robotics, but she has limited knowledge of electronics circuit design.
So, she struggled with making proper connections between her Arduino
board, sensors, modules and actuators, this always led to damaging of
electronics components and the entire system not working as it should.
We have a lot of Bukkys who are struggling with loosely connected wires,
wrong connections etc. in their set-up when working with Arduino. Most
times they give up and decide to try other aspects of STEM.
So, I decided to develop an Arduino nano shield to help beginners get
started with Embedded systems without much stress.
This shield has spaces for a lot of modules/sensors e.g. temperature,
ultrasonic, gas sensors, Bluetooth, wi-fi module, relay module, push button, liquid crystal display (LCD) and a lot of expander pin headers, the user just need to plug any of the components, turn on the device using a
jumper
and they're good to go for programming.
It's also IoT-enabled, you can use it to build IoT-enabled projects; remote
sensing, monitoring and control, remote data acquisition etc. Most importantly, I designed it around the biggest development board platform Arduino
This shield will help people like Bukky to kickstart their electronics programming journey without stress
It offers a wide range of capabilities, such as:
• Sensor integration - Temperature sensor, gas sensor, ultrasonic
sensor etc. for collecting environmental data.
• Modules integration - Relay, 16x2 LCD etc.
• Wireless communication - Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
• Motor control - Servo motor
• IoT capability - By using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication data
can be logged wirelessly, device can also be controlled remotely.

      Arduino board cannot provide you with enough current when driving the servo with heavy load.
