Ermin Tabakovic presents a body of work born during the Covid lockdown of 2020. The series presents mature, colorful and bold representations of his core vision which is steeped in geometric form, structural sensibility, dimensionality and the metaphysical.
Tabakovic was born in 1980 in former Yugoslavia. As a child, he exhibited creative sensibilities beyond his age. Recognizing his talent, his teachers placed him in special art programs. In 1993, due to the civil war in Yugoslavia, he and his family moved to Berlin, Germany where they lived as refugees. In Berlin, Tabakovic continued to pursue his artistic passion and became a graffiti artist. In 1998, the family emigrated to the U.S., settling in Tampa Bay, FL.
Tabakovic left graffiti behind and took up painting, attending St. Petersburg College where he began studying art and architecture. In 2006, he received his BFA in Studio Art with concentrations in Graphic Design and Art History from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

Loose suggestions and leaving out details make for a fresh painting. The result is great but she is like Julia Child, "oops, how did that happen?" Fun.
Really interesting content but the sound is too garbled to enjoy it.
