They use specialized machines. But the basic of it is you need a microscope to align the cable. You put some ACF tape between the ribbon cable and the glass or connectors. Then you heat the connector area while applying pressure.

Oh LOL, I watched more of your videos and now I see the process is far more complicated and requires a big machine for precision. My cable is only partially detached so I was hoping to DIY it back in place.😂

You can always try, just do the clean very carefully when you use your tool.
