I have gastritis and anxiety. I did istighfar thousands per day and in between pray for my health. Alhamdulillah my stomach feel so much better in an instance. Also my anxiety. I'll keep continue doing dhikir because there are really many benefits out of it. Feeling calm, thinking better, working in ease. Subhanallah 🌼

At around 20:00, Sr Rania says that sometimes Mental Health problems are related to Shaitan and that was what happened with me! I was fine one day, then the next day I was in the hospital and taking tablets for suicidal thoughts and anxiety problems. After a while, I went to a shaykh and he read Quran over me and my body started reacting. So yes, sometimes it is caused by Shaitan or Evil eye. Alhumdulillah I feel a lot better. Love you sr Rania. May Allah cure you and reward you for reminding us to do istaghfar and read Quran

I'm doing 500-1000 daily but i'm struggling. I feel like i'm only doing it with my tongue. I'm non arabic. When i Say 'astaghfirullah' or any other formulas I try my best to think about the meaning in my mind but it is really really hard to combine both at the same time.

I am a living miracle of Surah Baqra, got divorced, not in home country, all by myself with two sons, no money, was a student, even my siblings stopped talking to me, I started five ruku daily for years, tahajud and istagfar. Have job, never in debt, have government job. Now I am reading 20 ruku daily before I start my job. So just keep reading, it shows miracles

JazakAllah khair rania. Love watching your videos. I saw one video on youtube where a man said that he did istighfar for so long. He was ill and had so many health problems and was afflicted by black magic. He said that istighfar helped him a lot but did not cure completely. Then he started reciting durood shareef (salawat on prophet saw) he started doing that in big quantity while still doing istighfar. And he says it was reciting durood shareef that finally cured him and broke the black magic. we NEED to do istighfar, we are humans we sin everyday. But we also need to do lots of durood shareef. Because not only does reciting durood/salawat on prophet saw erase your sins and clean you, it elevates your level and get you closer to Allah swt, and the closer you are to Allah swt the faster your prayers get snswered. So dont stop istighfar and surah baqara, but also recite plenty of durood shareef too. So many stories on youtube of how it works miracles. May Allah tallah make things easy for the muslim ummah and grant our duas, ameen.
