Excel Spreadsheet for MIRR, IRR and NPV
This video illustrates a spreadsheet design which can be used for MIRR, IRR and NPV. Both the "algebraic" approach (using traditional time-value-of-money formulae) is shown, as well as the straightforward Excel function (e.g. =IRR(xxxxxx). And of course, both approaches arrive at the same answer(s). Enjoy!

G8 is not the number of periods.
Professor Bruce, do you have any slides about intra entity transactions -- inventory and other assets transfer, downstream and upstream transactions?
I wish you had this for Chapter 5 and 6! Great lectures!
Love these. One thing: changes to the equity method have recently been changed to being accounted for prospectively instead of retrospectively. Just something to keep in mind for anyone watching this!

OR A deferral is the postponing of the recognition of a. an expense until it has been incurred, even though payment has already been made (a vendor prepayment) or b. a revenue until it has been earned, even though payment has already been received (a customer prepayment)

Sir great Lecture need help
VERY HELPFUL
Some systems provide a warning but if you press post after that you can indeed have an imbalanced journal. The idea is for those extra long journals you do not want to rekey so you can post and find the error the following day.
I don't have the original problem but still easy enough to understand without it. Nicely done.
does anyone know of a problem with: NCI, TI, Depreciable asset, step acquisition, goodwill impairment etc...?
great lecture... exactly what I needed!!
Why is the IRR formula working for cashflows with multiple negative numbers?
