Looking good. That is some nice plumbing!!!!
Doing it with the floor out was a lot easier than if I hadn't had to replace the floor. It sounds amazing
I like what you have going with this build. If you like the electrical, then you can come and work on mine.. lol. The dash looks great and I like the way you handled the wiring of the fuel pump.
I like to geek out on the fine details.
@farfromdonemotors6796 it's paying off.
Your starting engine button is sick.
Thanks, I put a lot of thought into building that bike.
I just picked up a 37 business coupe. I found a company in Eugene, Oregon that has the glass for Molley.
Cool. What's the name of the company? I still need to get the quarter windows for her. I would love to see photos of your Hudson
I have photos posted on the AACA forum under “some assembly required “.
Like that oil pressure cut out system you figured out there! Congrats on the nuptials!
Thank you. She's wonderful.
Great update, That is some serious skill setting up the oil pressure switch and choke for your fuel pump. I like what you did a lot. the gauge panel also is excellent. A bit of mass involved I guess. Good one.
Wait until I do the wiper motor upgrade video. A little bit down the road but it will be a good one
Sounds like there's more positive stuff on the scale than there is bad stuff. The dash really pops on the video. 👍
It's gorgeous in real life if I do say so myself. I'm pretty pleased so far with her. Thanks for all your input during this project
That's pretty awesome. It's good to see it getting on the road
She's still in need of a lot of refining. She overheated during the parade and I had to pull off the road.
Looks good out of the shop...that front end is top notch styling
I like the way it's coming together. It's come a long way since I first saw it.
Thanks, I took it for a drive around the neighborhood yesterday. Very fun
@@farfromdonemotors6796 that's awesome.. I can't wait for my first drive
@Exit45Restorations did you get your clock?
@farfromdonemotors6796 I did and thanks . I love it
Looks great! Cool colors you chose 👍👍
The final color of blue will be a midnight metal flake but the fenders will be black. Of course that's another year or so down the road
@@farfromdonemotors6796 sounds awesome.👍
I actually like that flat navy blue on it!
I have to remember where I bought it. Only have one can
Great that u have done a lot of work on ur car , it has come a long way. 👍
It sure has. After the parade I get to really tackle the rest of the body work
Looks good so far
Thanks, I hope it drives as good as it looks
Looks really good. Well done 👍👍
Very nice job! 👍
Thanks. I have exactly 1 month to get her drivable for the big parade
@@farfromdonemotors6796 awesome 👍

Thanks. I like making them. Super easy but unique
Exit 45 I think I've seen his channel before I'll have to look him up .
He does some pretty nice paint and body work.
@@farfromdonemotors6796 Nice! I subbed. 👍
100 is a Great start ! I want to win !!
Thanks for watching. The drawing will be this Sunday evening
Cool.. recycle metal from other cars
Wait till you see the valance when it's done. It used to be a hood.

Right on Mr Zappa
That is really nice
Thank you and thanks for watching
I've enjoyed watching your build...and will continue .
Thanks. It'll be drivable in 6 weeks
Very Kool! 👍
Great car
Thanks, it's definitely worth the effort
Take a little off the tail light frame to fit the fender
I have thought about that solution. It might work and I have a second set of frames to experiment with.
@farfromdonemotors6796 I'd rather do that than cut that original body, it's gonna be awesome
Thank you!
No, thank you!
CONGRATULATIONS SIR👍👍
Nice 👍👍
T-Rex needs too nibble on that yard !
G’day from Australia I’m trying to do up 2 x 37 Terraplanes I was wondering if there was anyway of getting the contact of the guy doing up the 36 I would be interested in talking to him By the way I’m enjoying watching your progress
His channel is Little Mick Kosenco
I like your cat always makes appearances, I can email you the guys contact that would probably have the 37 panel for the back if you are still interested. I was also looking into using the Hudson step down cart tail lights as they are a pretty cool shape and are close to working the angle of the rear fenders. Nice choice.
I do have a really nice set of the smaller shield style taillights as well but I think I like these ones better. I would definitely like to get ahold of your Hudson friend. He might have other interior items as well.
@@farfromdonemotors6796 I messaged him again, and will be hopefully talking to him here soon.
@CalicoClassics thanks.
Do you have email address, I can send you his contact information
I'm sure you'll figure something out with the tail lights, they do look pretty kool.
I'm thinking a wheelbarrow to get the right contour
Do you know Toby in South Oregon? He probably has a rear valance
Who is this Toby and how can I get a hold of him?
@@farfromdonemotors6796 he is in South Oregon. He is one of the original descendants from the Hudson name. As his last name is Hudson. His father and himself both collect and restore Hudson and Terraplane. I met him up in Washington last year and we traded some fenders for a different Hudson. I am Building. I can reach out to him for you if you want and then give him your number or email. I don’t know how to send private messages on TH-cam. I am not very good with the computers. if you want send me your email, and I will reply back with my phone number and then can send you his phone number. I will reach out to him first to confirm but they have probably 200 cars on site of all different years.
@@farfromdonemotors6796 Toby Hudson
Toby is a direct descendant from Hudson cars, and Terraplane. They restore and collect many cars and save many as well to. I don’t know how to send private message to send you my email. I can talk to him and then give him your contacts or vice versa.
@CalicoClassics that would be so amazing. Thank you. farfromrome.sc70@gmail.com
Great work! I love your cat. It’s great when he shows up. The dash Pops nice. Let’s see what the electrolysis bath rig that you made looks like. I’m always interested.
The cat's name is Penelope and she's a ham. I'll show the electrolysis process in a video since you asked. It's really just a battery charger and laundry soda but it works pretty good
@@farfromdonemotors6796 cool I get how it works. I just like seeing everyone set ups that’s all.
@@farfromdonemotors6796 she’s a ham?
My friend was able to do the spark plugs w/o removing any of that he was able to reach them
Hey! This is the photographer who chatted with you a bit like 2 months ago. I have the images developed, what's the best way for me to send them to you?
Email to farfromrome.sc70@gmail.com thanks. I've watched your videos and I'm sure they'll look great
@@farfromdonemotors6796 Thanks! You can delete this if you don’t want your email out there.
Wow, it's come a long way! Can't wait to see the new vent panel and Valence! Keep up the good work!
I'll video that repair
Like the progress your making....looking forward to the next video
You are making progress. 👍
The dash panels look amazing. It’s great to learn this technique on the faux finish. This is great. Thanks for teaching me this. Your car also seems nice and is happy with your work too!😂👍
Sometimes she gets neglected though. New video coming out in a few days
Looks good but that is the kind of thing that I have no patience for! 🤣
Whereas I always end up doing things the hard and tedious way whether I want to or not
I like the progress. Looking great. 👍
Three months to make it drivable. The next few videos are going to be on the bodywork.
Making progress
She's getting there alright
Looks like by ur thumbnail it turned out great. I have a lot of places on my car that need the wood repaired, so I'm going to have to figure that out.
Well, I’m hooked and waiting for part two. Going to be interesting to see the detail.
Yeah... It's interesting alright
