How did u transfer ansys data in excel
You should create a line then you can use xy plot and write the data on that line into a text file.

Thank you for uploading the useful tutorials. I have learned a lot from them! May I request your guidance or a tutorial on simulating external fluid flow where the fluid (e.g., water or any other) falls onto a substrate? I am working on a simulation where: I want to simulate fluid flow using a syringe. The fluid exits the needle and falls onto a substrate (EXTERNAL FLOW). Setup: I have created a box and placed the syringe inside it. Using the Boolean operation, I have extruded the syringe geometry into the box. I am using the multiphase VOF model with inlet velocity and outlet pressure conditions. Problem Statement: I am unsure if my approach and setup are correct. Specifically, I am trying to: Model the interaction of the fluid with the substrate. Simulate a moving substrate to draw a line with the dispensed fluid, while the rest of the box faces remain stationary walls with a no-slip condition. Uncertainty: I am unsure which face of the box should be designated as the outlet. Currently, I have set the top face of the box as the outlet. Could you kindly provide insights or upload a tutorial that could address this? It would be incredibly helpful for my work. Thank you in advance for your time and support!

Hi I am using tecplot 2018R2 version. I have ".cas.h5 and .dat.h5" files. How to load these files? I am unable to do this.
@@15ayushman Hello. There's no way to do this. You should use newer versions of tecplot. Preferably 2022 or newer.

@PranayThakur-y3f what do you mean by "without the use of excel"? You can load your data separately or put all of them together in one text file. The text file is important to be made, but you can use any software to copy the data points from.

سطح آموزش واقعا بالاست و لذت بخش هست دیدن این سطح از مهارت مدرس محترم بحث توربین خودش یه دانشگاه مطلب توش داره لطفا یه سرفصل اختصاصی براش بزارید خیلی احتیاج اریم بیشتر بدونیم ازش. جالبیه آموزش شما اینه که شاید ادم خیلی از مباحث تخصصیه انسیس رو متوجه نشه! ولی نکات کلیدی از مسائل طراحی توربین و پارامترهاش بصورت اثرات جانبی نسیبمون میشه که واقعا ارزشمنده!

How do I plot the results from the .case and .dat files?

سلام و وقت بخیر ، رفرنسدهی من با اندنوت انجام دادم، ولی از شماره ۳ شروع میشه. ممنون میشم راهنمایی بفرمایید چطور از شماره یک شروع بشه
سلام وقت بخیر. موضوع عجیبی هست تا الان بهش برنخوردم. یک ورد خالی باز کنید و یک بار تست کنید ببینید از ۱ شروع میشه یا از ۳. اگر از ۱ شروع بشه ممکنه در ورد اصلی تون یک اشتباهی رخ داده شده باشه مثلا در جایی اشتباها یک سایتیشن خالی ایجاد شده باشه یا مثلا یکی دو تا جمله استایل سایتیشن داشته باشن که نرم افزار فکر کنه چند تا سایتیشن قبلش وجود داشته.
خیلی با آموزشهاتون چیز یاد میگیرم، چه دوره ها چه اینهایی که رو یوتیوب هستن. دستتون درد نکنه. قدر این ویدیو هارو کسی میدونه که یه پنجره فلوئنت براش باز می کرد با کلی گزینه، بعد مجبور باشه هفته ها راهنمای نرم افزار رو بخونه آخرش هم یادش بره اصلا برا چی رفته بود سراغ Help !

معمولا شرایط هیبریدی که خود فلونت تو 10 تا ایتریشن میره ممکنه مشکل زا بشه یا بد باشه ؟
همیشه باید 10 تا تکرار رو انجام بده حالا یا میتونه در حد 10e-6 همگرا کنه یا نمیتونه. اما مقداردهی هیبرید معمولا دقت بالایی داره.
با سلام اگر در حین حل رم مثلا80دردصد پر باشه و چند ایتریشن هم بره جلو بعد ارورر بده باز احتمال رم کمه؟

Hi, Thanks for your tutorials. I really follow you a lot. However, I have a problem in relation to my simulation I am currently working on. Before my simulation (transient) I conducted on a HPC, I selected some additional quantities such as pressure coefficient etc. together with the default standard quantities. The autosave option under calculation activites were used to save the data files every 1000 time steps. After the simulation , I uploaded the dat.h5 files at every 1000 iterations to tecplot but those additional variables did not show up . Only the standard quanities showed up. So, I tried another option of activating the “Data sampling for time statistics “ in fluent together with selecting those additional variables (Cp) of which I know it’s a wrong way since the solution hasn’t converged yet. With that , those variables showed up in tecplot. I also tried using the automatic export in cgns format to save every 500 timesteps. That also worked, but uploading multiple cgns files with the aim of showing the solution time doesnt work . Again, the tecplot export command was used but it only shows the surfaces not the volume making it difficult to perform volume slices in tecplot. Please is there any way I can go with it. I urgently need a solution for this .

I would like to display several contours from different simulations in Tecplot next to each other in order to identify differences. I have seen the example in several papers but I don't know how to display these different contours in a coordinate system in Tecplot. is that even possible?
@abasinfachri4640 Yes. It's possible. You can duplicate the Frame by a simple ctrl+c ctrl+v, then move the new frame and adjust its position. After that, you should load the new data in the new frame. This way, you have the option to maintain the style so that you don't need to customize the new data to have sth similar to the other frame. However, most of the times I export every single data, and then in Microsoft Word I draw a table and put the figures near each other.

@@CFDCollege That's good! Please can you answer my one question Do the number of velocity vectors depend upon the mesh density (Hexa hedra structured mesh) , if in some regions the denser the mesh the more velocity vectors and if the mesh is less dense then less velocity vectors? Is it correct?
@@muhammadwaseem-xm2co Yes. You're right. Because vectors are drawn on cell centroid. However, you can decrease the number of vectors in Zone Style menu under the points tab by changing the index skip.

You have to import transient data. So if you have a transient simulation you should load all the cases and data files to the Tecplot.

تو بخش سایتشن که مرج کردنو توضیح دادید همینجا هم وقتی مرج کردید دو تا رفرنسو تو یک براکت نزاشت، این مشکلو چیجوری میشه حل کرد خیلی رو مخه
سلام وقت شما بخیر دقیقه 19:23 را اگر مشاهده کنید گزینه merge citations رو خواهید دید. باید دو سه تا براکت مرجع ها رو بگیرید و گزینه مرج رو بزنید.
ممنونیم از ویدیوهاتون. 1. شاید کمی بی ارتباط باشه ولی بعد از محاسبه ارتفاع اولین لایه، نرخ افزابش ضخامت لایه های بعدی رو دقیقا چطور باید محاسبه کرد؟ 2. اگه جریان با تقریب خوبی آرام باشه، استقاده از همین فرمولها y_Plus درحد مثلا ده میکرون یا حتی کمتر رو نتیجه میده که به نوبه خودش افزایش تعداد cellها و افزایش aspect ratio رو در پی داره.آیا روش دیگه ای باید استفاده کرد در همچین مواردی؟
سلام وقت شما بخیر ممنون از نظر لطفتون 1- نرخ رشد لایه مرزی در حدود 1.2 باید باشه دیگه در بدترین حالت 1.3 2- در وبیناری که در مورد وای پلاس داشتیم در این مورد توضیح دادم که چرا اصلا وای پلاس در جریان آرام مفهوم پیدا نمیکنه و نیازی نیست ازش استفاده کنیم. در جریان آرام استقلال از شبکه تا حد زیادی مشخص کننده سایز شبکه هست.

goood presenentation, can we transform graphe from origine pro to tecplot for increase the quality of graphe,
I do not know what you mean by "increase the quality of the graph", but if you mean the view of the graph, you can modify the graph with originpro, if you mean high quality export in both, you can export the graph with WMF format. Anyway, as far as I know there is no direct way to transfer a graph from one to the other.

@@abasinfachri4640 Hello. Thanks for your feedback. You have to use equations. So go to the Data tab, then Alter--> specify equations. Then you have to know the variable number. For example, if you want to change the x axis it is probably the first variable. So you can use this equation: V1 = V1*1000 This equation changes the unit of the x-axis from m to mm.
