In 2003 Robert Lavery started Robert Lavery & Associates Ltd. (RLA) to focus on the development and marketing of Sage 300 ERP (ACCPAC) Certified add-on products for the SAGE ERP Series of business management solutions. Many of these solutions are sold by the Sage 300 ERP (ACCPAC) Strategic Sales Group and hosted as a service at Accpac Online.

Robert worked for Computer Associates and ACCPAC International for over 12 years in various capacities including channel management, product marketing, corporate sales and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Computer Associates, Robert worked in public accounting for 6 years with KPMG and BDO.

In 2007 Nancy Lavery joined RLA to focus on the implementation and training of workflow-based systems . She has since taken on Sales and Marketing roles for other products within the portfolio.

For 16 years prior to joining RLA Nancy worked for several global financial organizations in the Sales, Marketing Accounting, Compliance and systems areas.
