F16 is much better than Jas39, 1st there are lots of spare parts for it as many countries use it, 2nd there are lots of munitions that are compatible with it, produced by other countries, like Israel, SKorea that we already buys weapons from. 3rd since most of our allies are using the same system we can borrow munitions or parts from them in terms of shortages, 4th US already has expertise to it meaning we dont have to cross Europe to train our personnel to maintain it, the maintenance crew can train here, as US has personnel here that can help US, 5th is we can use the 500million dollar US assistance to ph to procure those jets,
