In Dubai buy in underdeveloped areas with either beach view or Burj Khalifa view and buy before construction and sell property once after construction or when it starts or flip it once developed. Here you can sell property after 30 percent payment has been done. Also, rental yields are 8 percent here.@@boydthebroker
