Loot helicrash at least 1-3 times and thats a guaranteed frigate key. Legit looting helicrash satchel has given me 7 frigate keys, 3 atc keys, 6 airfield, 4 garage keys, and 2 crane keys.

@@El-gato1111 well first off, you can get 4 gold in total if you go thru mihkels quest line And then to just get them normally you can find them both in file cabinets and safes (There are 2 safes on the map, one in gas station key room and the other in 4th floor atc room
