Definitely! But if someone is not physically fit enough and usually loves comfort, for them it can become a lot challenging and can become a bad decision. But if someones who is usually active in day to day life and is ready to welcome discomfort, go ahead and book a trek with a good trek company, you'll have one of best time of your life, for sure.
