Great advice, Jim. Something that works for me, especially if I'm overwhelmed or overloaded, is to simply get up and take a 15 minute walk outside. Getting some fresh air, getting some perspective usually helps me untangle the knots I've tied myself up in mentally.

Took a few notes to work on a bit more such as not splitting my attention during meetings (a bad habit) as well as reinforce some others that I do but can do better like tone change.
