did you get the idea for this channel from a japanese guy called yusuke? its so funny I was watching all these 'learn japanese videos by walking' and everything seems so mysterious and interesting cos its a foreign country and culture. Then I saw this video and it just made me laugh cos greggs is so ordinary to me, yet I imagine it probably has the exact same feel of mystery to people from other countries lol.
Hahaha, yes I did! Yusuke's videos are so good and really helped my Japanese. I couldn't find anything like it in English so thought I'd give it a go. I credited Yusuke in my first video and he's been really supportive. To be honest, this video was really just an excuse to eat lots of Greggs!

Yes, it is! It is usually older ladies who speak like this. It sounds very warm and friendly. I went to Greggs last week and someone called me "my little flower"!

Cheers Dan! I didn't realise Costa had launched in Japan until after filming this video, so it turns out it was very good timing. Apparently they have opened a few cafes in big cities as well. If you get the chance to go, let me know if it's any good!

That's a nice idea. There are lots of nice Christmas markets in the UK, so I will make a video on that. The Christmas market in Edinburgh is my favourite.
