How can a city get away with having a community college but no highschool?

I was going to try and play on this server, but unfortunately... I am unable to launch the game after the latest EA App Update. *Falied to launch game.* _An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later._ Almost certainly related to the phasing out of Origin since SimCity 2013 used it in the backend to authenticate and connect to the servers... Hope it is fixed soon.

It would be great if everyone else who has this issue would upvote the issue on the EA forum to hopefully get this fixed. I hope you don't experience the issue Leonard, seems to be related to Origin being retired and only affects older games.

I don't know if you can help me but its weird... I already had a succesful city in the past with gambling with a lot of tourism but now im trying to build a new gambling city and I can't figure out why I can't attract tourism in my city. I started with glambing houses like I always do with signs and bus and train and airship... If im looking at the tourism map, I only see like 4 yellow person but no other tourism will come visiting. Its the last city of a region so there is plenty of population.

Im trying to play my city in that region and it have the same problem we encountered in a previous server. Cannot connect and its annoying!!!!

I want to see more of this in another episode maybe even completing the level tree

I just started playing this game once again. I started playing when I was much younger and didn’t understand much. Your videos have been very helpful!

I know you don’t have anything to do with colossal order but we the players need to demand they fix this damn game because once you reach a certain population this game slow down to a crawl. I have a new PC I spend money on this game and I can’t fucking enjoy it.

Do you have the amusement parks 🎢 add-on installed? I think it'll be fun to see you tackle it in one of the city plots as the main attraction, like spreading the rides across the entire plot. May not be efficient, but seems fun and cool to look at!

second city was my attempt to reach 1 mil population while balancing megatowers and employment sadly the proximity to the space center made most factories upgrade their tech level witch massively reduces availible jobs and proximity to the gambling city crippled my police with visiting criminals (due to simulation slowingdown responce time i believe the only option is police drones) maybe i would return to this idea someday in a better place(with unlocked drones and controlnet to buy for maglev)

Good morning brother! I’m still tuning in. Just had an idea for some content. I noticed you did some city skylines gameplay and I actually gave the game a try also. There’s a lot of differences and there are also similarities. You should do a compare and contrast type video. The pros and cons of each and of course your would like to know favorite version and why.

Hello Leonard! I am the mayor for the gambling city. I did not start the arcology, but i did finish it. i think the city who abandoned started it. I typically like to use the Arcology to have flexibility on my specialization. the city i built you looked at was still using residents in the city. I have redesigned the city to show how the arcology can work for you. and also when other cities have resources available what can be achieved. i like gambling because mostly it keeps the environment clean. other endeavors usually require some environmental damage, like processors. on a side note, gambling was the end goal, but the city was filled with resources that i extracted first to build wealth. its interesting to see the leftover oil and coal. let me know if you have any questions or comments on the city i have as it is now. The arcology is usually dismissed, but it can have some very fun benefits. as a not as well, the traffic the arcology sends is usually only whatever the buildings you have need. if you clear everything and plop a building that requires workers, like a mine, only enough workers to make it work will come in and leave. i havnt noticed that its an endless stream. traffic does become an issue with bigger developments because everything is requesting workers. in my city now, some buildings have trouble keeping open because of lack of workers, but they get there eventually. it usually takes having bus stops only to bring in bus loads of workers.

let me just say this is the city ive been trying to make lol. i came across the last video of this series where this city is finished and man.... its beautiful... the mega tower placement is sooo good. looks like something from the jetsons. BUT what gets me the most is your road work man. what an amazing job. After watching your vids, i finally made a successful region thats not falling under. i still struggle with traffic a little though especially with my tourist city. im going to have to watch this full series to see how u do it....

Everything was going sooooo good. Then Godzilla spawned in and destroyed my town hall and all the departments in one swipe and shut my whole city down 😂😂😂😂

To gain some money and make a city profitable at initial stages in CS2 (with Economy 2.0 patch) was a big trouble for me. Almost unresolvable. I even wasn't playing CS2 because of this. Your guide teached me how it can be solved. Back to CS2 again! Thank you.

Hi again Leonard! Your advice over the last couple of episodes has been SO useful! I'd even go as far as saying that you've made me fall in love with CS2 so thank you so much! I pretty much did everything you did up to episode 2 and then made my own way with the city. For example I made mail and internet a priority just as soon as I could. I have the UK mod pack installed which has definitely given my city some differences in how it looks, but also think that that was a bit of a hindrance in how the simulation recognised some of my buildings being placed. Anyway, I love this game now! I even found myself playing the music in my car to and from work and feeling so uplifted by it. (The Vibe station) How would I go about sharing with you my city? I know we don't have multiplayer elements in this one but I want to share with u my progress which has only been achieved by following you! Once again, all the best from England!

@leonarddavis8732 Sir , is OMEGA profitable ? i mean , "is investing on OMEGA worth the investment" ? 1. let's just say, i'm importing Crude oil & mineral Ore for making omega. which costs lots of money. my question is , can i make more money then what i spent on " import " + " tread port cost " + " running cost of omega factory ". 2. is turning everyone gold more profitable then drone manufacturing cost ? is using up my processor on Drone more profitable, instead of selling the processor in market?

Is City Skylines more difficult to pay than Simscity 2013?

i was trying to max out my mansion , but my Happiness level was stuck at 83% , i chose to lower the taxes but it was not working either . in desperation i make all the tax to "ZERO" ........... nothing . then i asked GOOGLE . that's how i landed here . i had light traffic problem & some health issue (pollution) . also i'm thinking about adding a high school . i'll tell you if problem is improving . thank you very much .

I bit the bullet and downloaded CS2 yesterday and immediately started watching your first Beginner's Guide videos. I know you've been CS videos for a while too but never liked the look of the game until the second one was released. There is so much about the game that seems to have been taken from SC2013 but it did also feel so much more overwhelming when you first start out. That's why I knew if I came to your channel you'd be able to offer the best advice when starting out. I find your style of video making so calming and your detailed explanations easier to understand than some others on YT. Anyway, looking forward to following along with this one! Let me know how I can invite your mayor to my city? Also I figured out one problem with my megatowers, it seems I need to add more low skilled sims in my city since they kept complaining they're being worked to the bone lol my bad. Last question is how can I run this Cities Skylines 2 game better? It uses my usual Nvidia settings and then when I'm into the game maybe a minute it crashes and closes it. But it runs fine tho, maybe its too high resolution or some graphic setting is set too high?

If i am drilling for oil in my city and also have oil power plant would i still need to put on global deliverer's? also could i use my oil I'm drilling to power my city as well as sell the oil at the same time?
