What is mucormycosis?
Mucormycosis (sometimes called zygomycosis) is a serious but rare fungal infection caused by a group of molds called mucormycetes.

• Gastrointestinal mucormycosis
• Cutaneous mucormycosis
• Disseminated mucormycosis
Symptoms of Mucormycosis
The symptoms of mucormycosis depend on where in the body the fungus is growing.

The hair on my head started falling out significantly following an extremely stressful time in my life.
