I visited on 20th July, construction is going at low pace and very very slow. No one will get possession before December 2025. Construction is going randomly. Nothing is seen planned by NBCC or by its construction agency. Lift gates too small. Cannot compare status with nearby societies like jm Florence, habitech, greenarch saviour, Himalayas pride etc. Cheap work is going on full pace. This society will face problems like waterlogging in basement parking, seepage etc. Monthly Construction update is also false. Pray to GOD.

Sure Sir, I Visit there almost every month so that improvement can be seen. I could partially cover e block becoz mud was scattered everywhere due rainfall.. will try n cover e block in detail in my next video. Thank you

Cann u please show us the entrance for the society,how many gates are there..means if we want to go in E tower then what is the nearest gate .. pls try to show in ur next video
At this moment we are allowed to enter only from the gate which is shown in this video’s thumbnail. In future dream valley may allow us to enter from villa side entry. However It is not confirmed yet

Society mai entry exit gate ek rahega yeah koi or options bhi rahege...
I have in F10. Mujhe demand aa gayi hai jo ki full structure ready hone pe aani thi but I saw aabhi Top pe still kaam pending hai. NBCC bhi manmani kr rahi hai. I have decided not to honour this demand as of now.
