I want to open up several themed spaces in the same empty af strip mall. Not sure if that will entice people to want to have multiple parties in order to have a party in each space... or if it's a bad idea. I also don't know if I should start with a standard space and then do a more luxurious event space, or vice versa. I fear I'll start the regular-smegular space first and never get to my luxurious concept 😣
