BEWARE! Unless you have a high 4 wheel drive, you ARE NOT going to be able to get this carrier on and off your car. The connector arm sits almost 8 inches higher than the towbar on my SUV, The car has to be jacked up to get it on.

so you have a lift in it news flash people in chairs do drive and run around on there own. they need the door to open and close to be able get into the drivers seat hand controls why is it that no one has that all they have is a lift and they jack the price so high . It's best that I go out buy a new Van and have the stuff put in on my own.
Hi Bob, thanks for the feedback and you are right...many of our clients do drive independently and we install various transfer seats, hand controls, power door openers, etc. Not all of our customers need those power features so a set up like the one demonstrated in the video is for those who will always travel with someone; family member, caregiver, organizations, etc. Thanks again.
If only we could get one here in the U.S. for reasonable prices. I need one for my husband but they are way expensives.

@dianafessler, There are separate belts grounded on the floor of the vehicle which can be tied to the wheelchair to secure it.
