Advice!!? I just got a summer internship with RTX(Raytheon Technologies) as a IAM admin analyst working in Identity management. I graduate with a bachelors in Cybersecurity in august and will be going to graduate school in the fall for MS-Management Information Systems. This is my first job in IT and would love some advice on recommendations to best prepare? I do have compTIA sec + cert and I am familiar with Active directory, Powershell and scripting languages.

Good talk, but open source does not always mean more difficult. Windows updates used to break the system, and they are less frequent, so if you were using an XP machine and it broke a driver, you'd usually have to wait for a patch. In Linux if an update breaks a component, instead of waiting for an update, users can try to patch it themselves / submit a commit to the Linux kernel. Don't get me started on mac's.

Correction, CEH v11 requires 2 years of IT security work experience or you pay $1,899 to ec-council for training classes which will make you eligible for the ceh (ansi) written portion and a extra $450 for the ceh practical. So there are two test for the ceh which consist of a written part and practical part.
