Im german Philipno, born in Germany and raised. But i went many times to the Philippines and its second home for me. As a kid i allway wanted to live on the Philippines, but living there compared to germay is very different. Like Health insurance is pretty normal here, and for germans very important too. Also food quality is like tho most precious thing for germans. Like driving rules are super respectful. I dont say Germany is the best country... But the thing is changing ones Priority to the country isnt allways easy. I sure may have the option to move to Japan... But im also not sure if that is really so good.
