The short cut has always been there. It’s just official now. Beats having to ride up then down to Shrek swamp.

I not sure I like the short cut on the way down on smiles. Looks ok. The top start point definitely looks like an improvement. Nice update Todd.

I took my Hard tail up there a few weeks ago and did that drop.. agree.. it is "bigger" but smoother.. Smiles is heaps better and that short cut.. I didn't know that was there until now :).. keen to get back...

This is a whole lotta talking, not much biking. Just wanna see you trailing! I also have no context for what you're talking about. Sounds like you're in Straya. I'm in the UK. I'd like to see the cam footage of you struggle up ant battle though (whatever that is). The daunting view from the bottom of the hill, some heavy breathing, legs peddling and then a brief clip of the view from the top. Happy Biking!

"How's my wrist feeling today" is relatable for me. I broke my arm right at the end (Distal ulna) and messed up my TFCC, I have to cut way down on what I can do even a year later because of it

when i rode downhill id have a fistful of rear brake the whole time, hitting it as hard as a could it was the only way to make a corner

Knapsack really is a great place to ride - I need to ride there alot more. That enduro line you weren't sure you would do (wrist - and having had an injury of the same I so get it) really is a tough one - looking at it via video does it NO justice - but it is a ripper of a section. Well done mate. Gotta get ya to conquer those little tech ups - it's rewarding.. I promise!!

Lucky to get out of that situation the way you did. My mate never brings his spray and one day had similar to you. He was lucky too. One guy rode back to car to get his spray while I stayed with him. Very scary for us all . Hope you remember to take it with you next time . Still rode ok considering 🤘
