You are most welcome!
I would reconsider the aluminum foil because the metals can leach into the food. Hesvy metal is no bueno, better to use glassware, iron, stainless steel or ceramic
Hello. Feel free to make this dish your way, using what ever tools products or utensils you want. That’s the beauty of creating delicious cuisine, the ability to be creative. I personally have never had any issues with heavy metals leaking into my food from aluminum foil but thank you for your comment.

I just picked the last of my Brussels sprout and can’t wait to try it out.
Absolutely delightful video and delicious recipe!
Thank you!
What about frozen Brussels sprouts? In my country there is only such a version. Can I not add water so that the sprouts does not become soggy?
My only complaint is this: NEVER discard the leftover bacon grease. Put it into a covered ceramic container and stick it in the fridge. It will firm up and can be used like cold butter. Spread some of it on a bagel before you put it in a toaster oven to crisp it up. I also save all of my salt pork grease when I cook that up. Pure goodness!
@Lucy Rane When I bought my cast iron frying pan, the first thing I did was remove the pre-seasoning (nasty stuff) from it, and cooked a mess of bacon and salt pork. That was the start of seasoning the pan. Of course, I have to hang the pot from a rack in the kitchen, as the bacon grease smell attracts mice and I don't want them crawling all through my cast iron pots, enjoyng the goodness and leaving me little (unwanted) presents in return.
Thanks for that tip😁
This recepe is so good. At the end I sprinkle them with roasted pecans.
or if sweet is what you want some candied walnuts.
Thank you so much! just love
