I tried to get rounds of 5 sets EMOM. I failed. Rip.

90kg for a triple, a 1 rep PR, followed by a single at 95kg, 1kg below my PR.

You don't walk over and shut off the camera after 5 minutes of all out ABCs. You preserve your energy.

... yes, 22nd of February. For some reason I never got around to uploading this one.
10/2-2024: Double kb snatch, burpees, chinups - a killer combo

After some snatch practice with a single 40, the 24s are suddenly surprisingly light.

63 reps... I think. No way I'm doing a recount.
23/1-2024: Bodyweight press, no big deal.
มุมมอง 1614 หลายเดือนก่อน
Singles at 90, 92, 94kg. Interestingly my technique got less sloppy with each rep. All of them were definitely 0 reps in reserve, but I felt like 96-97kg may have been possible. 2 plates before summer, here we go! Might as well aim high, lol.
21/1-2024: Ego Day! Squat PRs and overload work
มุมมอง 554 หลายเดือนก่อน
A couple of legit squat PRs in there, plus some silly overload work. I've done this 1-2 times a week the last couple of months. 140 moved extremely well on Sunday, and the previous overload work gave me the courage to attempt 150 and 155. Now I'm preparing to rep 150 and 155, and who knows - maybe I'll even get to a 4 plate squat this year. Unracking heavy weight to get used to it is something ...
16/1-2024: DHS, 1' on/1' off 2x32kg

5rpm both sets. First set was particularly ugly - I forgot the pace on rep 1 and had to do kind of a mini-press, and forgot I wasn't doing full snatches on rep 4.
Press maxtest: 80kg, 85kg

Killing it dude. Keep doing difficult things!
I can watch your bulge for days ❤😍
loved it
Sexy🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
i don't undetstand
LC = long cycle = clean & jerk. I did sets Every Minute On the Minute.
I love to watch you ❤️😛🍆
Awesome sir.
These shorts looked epic on you man.
Please give us some glute exercises! They look incredible dude
Thanks, I guess? It's literally just squats, with some deadlifts and kettlebell swings, cleans and snatches. Nothing groundbreaking.
@@Lenny-nb4sk No offence intended. Maybe you are just naturally that way, rather than the exercises?
@@enhanced8812 It's fine :) Just time, effort and genetics. Some people get a really good response from Romanian deadlifts or stiff legged deadlifts.
@@Lenny-nb4sk 👍well, it would be good to see you do some of these and show what you mean. If even half of what you do, to achieve those glutes, is workout related, then it's worth sharing.
I could not subscribe fast enough after watching this! Any chance you will be upgrading camera, so we can get a better view of everything? It's really enjoyable.
"STRONG AS A DAM HORSE!!"
Wow. Good job ❤❤❤❤❤❤
👍👍👍👍👍
Saw the title and thought aha I can outlift him! Then watched the video and thought oh, kgs…. Congrats bro seriously strong stuff 💪🏻
Thanks man! It's all kg here :)
lean further back and you'll be the first man to perform a standing bench press lmao. OHP is supposed to be a strictly vertical push movement with as little movement in the spine as possible. Move your head back ever so slightly on the eccentric and push it in front of the bar on the concentric. You basically push the weight behind you. Watch professionals do it and compare your form to it if you don't know what I mean.
There is more than one way to correctly perform an exercise based on the trainee’s goals. You just made several assumptions and incorrect assertions. Pop off, though.
@@SmellyPigPro What's the goal here? Breaking your back?
Ye, his form sucks
Thanks for the tip small fry
He didn't say what press variation he was going for. Strongman style presses lean back to allow chest to help. If your goal is to press as much weight as possible then thats the form you need. If your goal is just to build nice looking shoulder then staying strictly vertical is better. I think you need to learn more about lifting before critiquing more experienced lifters
Thats serious strength, how much you weigh ?
Somewhere in the 92-95kg range, depending on the day.
❤️are the longer videos coming back
We'll see! Most of my recent training hasn't been all that exciting to look at.
Welcome back ❤
Thanks. I had to take some time off with an infected finger and pneumonia, but still made the majority of my goals the last couple of days.
Superb 💪💪
@@Lenny-nb4sk damn sorry to hear that but fuck yeah on hitting your goals
Damn ur videos don't disappoint. 😢 I wish they were longer I'm greedy I want to watch the whole workout routine and enjoy the view
I'll see what I can do! Being in a public gym makes it a bit tricky to set things up without bothering other people :)
@@Lenny-nb4sk looking forward to it😜❤️
Nice 💪👏😍🔥💪
Strong and intense 💪😍🔥👏
Thanks! The snatches are pretty light for me, but the burpee pullups make it all suck so much.
Good set boss
Thanks a lot! I did The Giant leading up to it, great program.
No hip extension? Dan John would be upset
I'm fairly certain you've commented before, and I've explained myself. I get plenty of depth, and my knees are locked out - that's good enough for me :)
Mate.why don't you extend your hips in the squat?
To me the knee extensions is the important part of the squats. My knees are locked out, and that's good enough for me. I also get well below parallel, which I believe is more important. Also, it makes the reps faster, which allows for more total work in a given amount of time.
Solid effort! Looking at this makes me want to get that second 16kg and have a go at (something like) this myself!
DO IT! ABCs are an amazing way to hit pretty much everything. Great for conditioning, and will show you what's lacking - for me it's clearly the press with 32s, but with 16s I just feel drained in much the same way as with cycling or running.
