When i connect the cat spray nozzle on to the hose pipe, which is then connected to the Mains Water Tap, do i have to leave the mains water tap running water out all the time ?

Defender winds where we can buy

Your video comes short of showing what to do when installing a length of more than 1.5 metres. For continuous runs it would make sense to have a T shape mount rather than the L shape mounts as once you get passed 1.5m you would need a whole new mount as if you attach to the first set then if a bird lands on the new wire then the existing L shape it is attached to is then facing the wrong way.

I just installed my falcon decoy on a wooden stick out back and I could swear I could hear the pigeons laughing at me. I even tried to add more effect with falcon sound bites and the pigeons gathered around and just sat there un bothered completely.

Animatronic wings beak etc. should convince birds it's real. Sounds too.

For a 8" ledge or window sill, should we go for Stainless Steel Pigeon Spikes or Plastic Pigeon Spikes? May we know the pros and cons of each type? We are located in the tropics and not far away from the sea.

1st class, clear and quite informative installation guide indeed!! After reviewing and going through a number of quite expensive and somewhat ineffective solutions to ward off marauding and roosting pigeons, I honestly believe Defender Bird and Pigeon Spikes is simply the best and affordable deterrent and anti-perching product available on the market!
