Paalam Magiting na Mayor ng San Luis, nakapanghihinayang maaga kang kinuha ng poong lumikha sa ating lahat. Hindi nman sa iniaasa q, namin ang kapalaran sa iyo ng Bayan ng San Luis pero ikaw talaga sana ang maaring makapagpapabago sa takbo ng kabuhayan at pag unlad ng bayan... ngayong wala ka na ewan q kung kelan muling may lilitaw sa bayang ito na katulad mo. Isa ka sa isang billion tao na may mabuting hangarin at layuning tumulong sa kapwa,, sa bayang ito ng buong puso. Sayang Mayor Sam kung naipapautang lang sana ang buhay ay ipauutang q ang buhay q kahit 5-6 para humaba pa sana ang buhay mo..Wala aqng personal na pakinabang sa iyo pero marami kami/mga mamamayan ng San Luis na napakinabang sa iyong panunungkulan.... Sayang na Mayor napakagaling, napakabait, napakamatulungin.... sa napakaikling panahon mo sa panunungkulan ay kitang kita ng nakararami ang malaking pag unlad ng San Luis...Paalam butihing Mayor ng San Luis..
