If you are talking of strongest ranking, I think it would be something like this. First off, God is above all. 1. Saitama 2. Empty Void 3. Garou 4. Blast 5. Luffy ( Can ve swapped with Boros. Your choice) 6. Lord Boros ( Can be swapped with luffy. Your choice) 7.Tatsumaki 8. Psykorichi 9. Orochi (Debatable) And others. Sanji and zoro might not even get past flashy flash to be honest. Flashyflash has way better speed and agility feats. Platinum sperm, an honorable mention id like to single out as well. Generally, I think Zoro, Sanji amd luffy will be very powerful s class heroes but they wont even come close in power to the top 4.

Are we using fiction or actual science. Cus this just feels bias. Youre picking MHA over kaiju no.8 because of an opinion. If we put them on similar metric of scaling then kafka wins. If we leave them unbalanced i still think kafka has destructive power and speed but midorias technique might even it out. On the other hand shigaraki just kinda had plot armor to survive most of what he did. The difference is inherently what the writers are willing to do to hold characters to account. For example in kaiju kafka has lost limbs before and apart of his transformation is growing new ones at the cost of his human parts growing back with monster parts or deformity. In MHA alot of characters outside of dying dont really have steaks. Midorias biggest was that if he 100% punched before training back up to handle it again then his arm might shatter.
