ive been struggling heavily with anxiety since I was about 20 ... randomly started.. didn't even know what anxiety was ... but the past 6 months to a year have been really tuff.. ive had panic attacks or anxiety attacks daily... can barley catch my breath ... back knots of pure tenseness ... if that makes sense... pain in my chest when I take a deep breath... people that don't struggle with anxiety I envy u... and just like Matt said in this vid ... if u haven't had it u wouldn't get it ... and would just say buck up... get ur shit together ... and fuck... it aint that easy ... I am finding waves to push through to the light.. starting to work out more.. seeing a therapist ... all that but ya u never know why someone might be acting the way they are... show love to everyone no matter what vibe there putting out ... just treat that person with respect no matter how uncomfortable they may seem or antisocial they seem ... ive been that person... super awkward and uncomfortable and people look at u like ur weak... and its fucked up... never know what someone has going on mentally and physically... treat everyone with respect and kindness
