Ok il just tell u you cant turn fat into muscle u can gain muscle or lose fat so if u wanting to lose "back fat" u need to be in a calorie deficit exercise can help by increasing the amount of calories u need in a day but u cant lose fat from training your back unless Ur burning alot of calories much easier to eat less calories
