I've lived in downtown Chicago since 05 after college. I'm 42 now, single & am totally over it. (summer time/fall is awesome) Looked at property in Chattanooga but I love Nashville IN, I went to college in Bloomington 10 min from it. It's one of the coolest towns and a big tourist attraction for IN. Only thing is when I look at houses for sale it's like 3-4 houses. I dont know how I am going to make it happen but I will make it happen. great vid btw!

Hello Samantha, Thank you for all your efforts showing us what is available in the surrounding areas of Nashville. Your videos are amazing. 👍🥇. I find this model , the most convenient for my retirement. Because of the energy saving construction , the design and it is also a single floor design . However, it is slightly above my budget as it exceeds my threshold. So is there any bargaining for that price ? Is there another equivalent model that I might have overlooked in your videos ? One last thing I wanted to say Samantha (I just can't get enough of you and that's why I like commenting on your videos like this) is that I may take a vacation to Tennessee hopefully (and maybe finally) either this year or next year because I want to see both Memphis and Nashville because I heard they're both really cool and really fun places to visit. Although they are dangerous I heard, and I may also visit Kentucky too since it's just right above Tennessee and I live in Eastern Iowa so Kentucky would be on the way to Tennessee for me to travel to.
