I’m Hungarian and what I am hearing from expats living in Hungary is that the one thing that definitely needs improvement is the healthcare system. And I completely agree with that. The hospitals are run down and look more like homeless shelters. They are underfunded and there is a huge shortage of doctors and nurses. Most of them move abroad where they have better salaries and better conditions. Many international students are saying that if the healthcare was better then they would more likely stay in Hungary after their studies. Other than that every expat and student I know loves living in Hungary.

I am Hungarian but I like more Asian food than Hungarian... they contain more variety of vegetables and are more healty 🙂 The spices are better used also. This is why Asian restaurants are very popular here 🙂

I listen your interviews. Very interesting and informative. But,those girls live year by year in Hungary,but they don't want to speak Hungarian. All the respondents have some kind of inferior attitude.... Sorry.

Near Eastern girls really are something. I love Levantine food, our vegetarian / vegan options are seriously lacking, even though we have plenty of ingredients for it. And sadly it shows in the obesity rates. Having a small vinyard at my house I'll definitely try the rice and vegetables rolled in grape leaves. :)

If i can recommend something as a good part (or full time) job for students in Budapest, its the multilingual call centers, hungarian language is not necessary to get a job like that. Btw. pay is way better than in McDonalds..:)

sniff to keep the things in sound really disgusting for most of hungariens. just get it out.its more helthy too.if you sniff like this in restaurant and people hear that slurping sound, their stomach gona turn up side down

If you sniff your stuff back there is a chance that materials go into the holes behind the cheekbones and you get a bad illness. So to blow out into a tissue is better and everybody understand it. If you are at a dinnertable just turn away discretly.

Just back in Ireland after 4 days in Budapest .Loved it .I want to return for sure SOME TIME SOON .For me everything was cheap .The people extra friendly.

I'm Hungarian. One of my friends has an Indian husband. I really like him. And he introduced me to the real Indian cuisine. And I must say after the Hungarian cousin ( because I'm a Hungarian) the best food the Indian! I love the way they make lentils, spinach, split peas (what I always hated Hungarian way) My so called "dream is ate that lentil thing what India Jones eat. When I was young I always thought it was not so good. But since I got to know some Indian people I know it is some kind of lentils. Witch is good!

Hi! Good choice of these 10 apps, but I also would recommend (next to, or instead of Revolut) WISE. Very similar (thouth there are some minor differences, what could be important for someone), I use both, but had much less issues with WISE (than with Revolut). Greeting from Budapest! ;-)

as a hungarian, i personally view indian food as way too much spices blocks my taste buds i cant taste anything(not the hot part thats fine), and its funny how they say our food is bland i think its what you grow up with you get used to it, when i make indian food i usualy read recipe 1tbs of koriander powder alright i put 1 teaspoon instead :D

I am leaving in Australia and some time ago worked with 4 girls from India. They spoke 4 different languages, so they did not understand each other exept in english. Then I worked with another indian girl and she said there are at least 24 written languages in India. India is a sub-continent, so I think it is normal. Anyway she was so cute (my college) but this beauty on this video looks more like a north thailand girl. 😊 Which is not bad at all... ☺

I am Hungarian and I like decent language and despise cursing. It is true unfortunately that rude exressions are often used by many here - but not by everyone, believe me. This is a homeland cultural and moral problem for many Hungarians, too.
