Mainly footage of my adventures with my DJI Mavic Mini. Videos will mostly be from the North Wales region, but I do hope to expand my adventures soon. My footage mainly consists of landscapes and some urban exploration (urbex), I do hope to get better with editing as time goes on, but please bare with me :)
I aim to post some original content like How To videos soon, but will need some equipment to get started with that. But in the meantime, please enjoy my footage and feel free to leave any feedback, good or bad on my videos.

Pen yr Orsedd Slate Quarry in Nantlle 2022, Snowdonia, North Wales - Drone Footage - DJI MAVIC MINI
I am very lucky to have such an amazing location more or less right outside my doorstep. I've been here many times since my first video, and it never fails to impress. Although the site now is in ruins, it is still such an amazing place to visit and take in the views.
Pen-yr-Orsedd quarry was a slate quarry in the Nantlle Valley in North Wales. It was one of the last slate quarries operating in North Wales and the last operating on the Nantlle area, finally closing in 1979.
Pen-yr-Orsedd was one of the major slate producers of the Nantlle Valley, supplying over 10,000 tons of product in 1864. It was also the last quarry in the vale that commercially produced slate, closing in 1979.
In 1862 the quarry was connected to the Nantlle Railway, with 3 ft 6 in (1,067 mm) narrow gauge lines extended to all but the highest levels of the quarry. Most levels of the quarry had both 3 ft 6 in (1,067 mm) narrow gauge and 2 ft (610 mm) narrow gauge trackwork, many with mixed gauge tracks. The Nantlle Railway connection was used up until 1963, while the internal 2 ft lines continued in limited use until the end of quarrying.

My brother took my on an adventure few months ago, a hike up Moel Siabod, and at the end on the way back, had my first Kayaking experience. Nice work great editing, think this place is called Cwmorthin Quarry, was up there a few weeks ago. Its a lovely location and has so much history.
Thanks. You'll see Cwmorthin in the distance at around the 00:45 second area of the video, this is in fact the Rhosydd Quarry (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhosydd_quarry). Cwmorthin is one quarry I will be filming soon, along with others in that particular area. Such an awesome location, history and views. Thanks again.

Sorry for the late reply! I can't remember I'm afraid, probably just the auto white balance settings and might have adjusted the exposure slightly
What a great video, you have really captured the place, i live locally and bought a season pass when the kids were babies and i used it weekly throughout the season. It was always clear to see that the animals are well cared for by the owners. Kids still love going there and they are 8 & 10yrs old. 😍
We live locally too, it's nice having an attraction so close to home that you don't have to travel hours to get there - my son is on this years brochure/leaflet too

Hi Mate, would it be possible to use your footage in a short video of my own? Had no chance of getting my drone up on my visit as it would have blown miles🙈 happy to link your channel in the video and overlay saying your drone footage was used?
