Depends on a lot of factors - if the page is indexed at all. But, usually within 48 hours.

If you want it to be on Google then, yes. Google decides what they index though so requesting indexing doesn't mean it will be indexed if your page is low quality.

You can configure posting schedules that controls when they go out. For instance I push RSS feed content on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1PM right now.

Requesting indexing in search console works for new pages as well. They are typically indexed within 2-7 days in my experience. If your page is not indexed after 7 days then it's likely because the page is either low quality or there are other SEO problems at hand.

That means your web page can't be found and troubleshooting that is beyond the scope of this video. You should have confirmed that you can navigate to the URL in a browser before attempting to request indexing. Copy paste the URL from the address bar when requesting.

For that you will have to use the API: developers.google.com/webmaster-tools There may also be 3rd party tools, that do it as well.

@@hexiestvulf564 If this is a small personal site you should only need to request indexing on the home page and the search engines will crawl your site on their own eventually. Hooking up an API for indexing is really for more enterprise sites with frequently changing content.

As far as creating your own CMS, you might be better off looking through the code.
