question for ya...im looking at the same exhaust system on my 2019 RGS. Our bike has the Boom2 audio upgrade, so we can currently hear music while going down the highway with the stock exhaust when we are running under 80. Does that pretty much go away with the aftermarket exhaust being installed? Love the sound but we dont want it too loud on long mileage days (500 mile runs). What is your opinion on it?

carefull the seat does not bring you forward, Front seat sets the driver back approximately 1.75" compared to the stock seat

What’s the ride like with 24’s?

Getting distracted while stopping or backing up is always the culprit for me. Practice slow moving maneuvers as much as you can. Oh get drop guards today!

Surprised you were NOT advised to skip this ascent by attendants at the bottom. Rule of thumb: If you can't visually see the summit clearly from the base, don't bother going up. Also, ALWAYS check with attendants at the main gate house for wind and temp conditions at the summit BEFORE deciding to ride to the top. People die on this mountain; it's not to be taken lightly.

Ride in the middle of the lane, and when turning aim for the middle of the lane you’re going into. Once you get used to that they’re great to ride. Driving thru curves physics wants to push you off the opposite side of the seat so you can lean into it.
