Hi Shawn- thanks for the response...lots of 'what-if's here! I would never advise someone to purchase a home they cannot afford, perhaps you misunderstood the video. Thankfully, all of my clients are well aware it's way more than "just a commission" for me.....while yes you are correct that a commission is how I make a living to support myself and family, my business is relationship and educational based as opposed to transactional. In fact, there have been many times I have suggested it was not quite the right time to buy or sell for certain clients. Again, I am so sorry you misunderstood the video...sounds like you may have had a bad experience elsewhere. I am more than happy to discuss with you should you be in the market to purchase a home.
