@@BlazertronGames MPD218 pads are very sensitive. But I 've tuned sensitivity curve in Addictive Drums.

How do you set the mpd218 on fl studios?
Is you MPD218 sensitive to very light touch? Just got one and I need to put some strength to get a sound. Not too much strength but enough to have difficulties to get ghosts notes sounding right. :/
Awesome! I just got addictive drums and am learning finger drumming on an MPD218. Would you have a pad map you could show us?
I'll will try it later. But you can visually split your pad by two parts for left and right hand. And try to play like on drums: right hand on hat, ride, tom and cymbal; left hand on snare, hat and tom. And your right big thumb on kick. Try any patterns and don't forget on RLRRLRLL 😁

yea you can! if you have FL its called FPC. Its all drag and drop once you figure out how to do it. Look around your DAW if you have one you most likely have something like that. Had a 218 for years, just got an MPC ONE. the 218 is still definitely relevant imo.

Do you like the mdp 218 there a 226 witch is better for this
The MPD 218 is more compact and does not require AC power. Also, I only use Addictive Drums (Standalone).

@@pierrefitch yep, Addictive Drums runs on laptop. Standalone version means that it's no need DAW.

Haha. Thank you. This keyboard is not a stand. It just lies under the monitor. Those two softwares on the laptop is Voicemeeter and Addictive Drums.

Сделано прикольно партии драмки) Рекомендую уйти от колхозного роутина) Через y2mate можео скачать аудио и закинуть в DAW, И непосредственно сам addictive напрямую в миди писать в DAW
Спасибо. Да можно. Но выступая живьём с коллективом, предпочитаю snadalone версию Addictive Drums и записывать партии как звук, не обсобо заморачиваясь с ДАВками.

One question.. Can you add to every pad not the drum kit but a own sample? When you touch the pad you start own sample?
This device is just sensitive MIDI keyboard. You can assign pad to sample in various software. I'm using Addictive drums.
@@mpcfun218 Is it sensitive enough, you don't have to hit the pads hard to trigger? Can certain pads' backlighting be set to constant on? Are the pads RGB? Thank you!
@@gkiss2030 I've tuned up sensitive with curve in addictive drums. Backlight is lighting when triggered only and it's no RGB, but only red light
