This is my routine as a Messianic Christian, I pray and desire to have the Sabbath soon every week haha. The Sabbath is my favourite day of the week, full of rest from the busyness of the week. A treasure and gift I tell you, that our Father gave us away from all the noise.
Preparation day is Friday, though as a prudent wife...starting preparation on earlier in the week with little tasks ahead of prep day will save you time and frustration.
We start the week with preparing main chores for Sabbath and Wednesdays to Friday, the cooking is done then. Cleaning beforehand is a big part in having a peaceful sabbath.
I pray this video is helpful and inspires you to prepare to have a peaceful Sabbath prep this coming week, slow and intention rest is amazing for your family and yourself as well.
