This is not true. Stop misleading people and call VFS and DHA as some of us did. The Minister only waivered the SAQA Certificate and DEL a week ago. Ask ZEP holders who have tried to submit for waivers and they will tell you that they were turned back and told that waivers are no longer being applied for.

ZEP holders now apply directly for the General Work Visa,etc.
