DragonFly Aerials LLC is an aerial videography and aerial photography company in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Western Maine. All of our aerial footage is shot from remote controlled quadcopters and hexakopters. We also do ground video and photos and voiceovers.

Just the right amount of moisture early on in the storm and cold weather thereafter resulted in several days of the trees being beautifully decorated with snow!

Dr Warren Ziegler from USM and Dr Rick Eason of U Maine Orono launched a high altitude balloon from The Molly Ockett School on Friday at about 1:44. absolutely gorgeous.
I remember coming as a boy here for two summer stays in 1971 and 1972 and swimming in Crystal Lake. We had rented a farm house up on Doloff Hill Rd. for both summers. What an adventure that was. Fond memories.

Always curious about drones around airports. I know they are restricted. I am pilot PPL and would like to do some drone aerials at my local airport. What permissions do I need? Thanks.
If you are flying at an airport with no tower in Class E airspace, you only need permission from the airport manager. We always fly with the airport manager within earshot of us and even then, we give them one of our radios and they give us an aircraft radio so we hear any local traffic ahead of time, and we can always be in touch should they get pulled away for any reason. Note that the young lady in the coverall shorts in this video has a radio on her back pocket. She was managing the airport at the time. If we need to fly in the traffic pattern for any length of time, they issue a Notam, and/or make a radio announcement, telling when we enter and leave the airspace. We have flown at several airports, usually hired by the airports, or for airport contractors for their documentation for the FAA. We have even filmed at an air race at an airport.
