I was born (1970) and raised in Scunthorpe. Joined the RAF IN 1987 -2006 and now live in the USA.
So I'm from Scunthorpe(Ashby), left the country when I was 8 (1981) then spent summers over there with cousins, in 1993 I returned for 6 months and I probably spent way too much time in the warehouse with my cousin(Scotter), but it was all good times, copious amounts of liquid and substances, we'll say no more!
So this what my dad lived in

Grew up in Scunthorpe, but left in 98. This is exactly how I remember it!! Also, that tape playing in the car sounds very familiar, pretty sure I had a copy... Diztruxshon?
Tape was probably from Doncaster warehouse as it was my regular Saturday night haunt back then
