Thank you for this footage. I am currently fostering a Mill dog that I believe came from this facility in that they were just very recently shut down. It is absolutelty heartbreaking.

Those pens are not concrete, the runs are small gravel, and the only concrete is under the roofs so the dogs can get out of the weather. The dogs have a lot of running room, as you can see, much more than the regulations require. Much, much more. About those 'brown stains,' I am not certain what you mean by that, being it is gravel. This kennel is vet-checked, and state and federal checked, as is required by law. If there was an issue, the owner would be required to fix it, and if she did not, the kennel would be closed. Because this kennel is up and running, with a long history, goes to show how the owner is following ALL regulations and passing ALL inspections. People, like the person who took this video, amaze me with their stupidity. Just how do they think puppies are raised? We all want a puppy, but we don't like it if someone is a breeder. Anyone that has a dog is supporting a kennel. Trust me, backyard breeders are not better because there is no one checking on them; no surprise state or federal inspections, so they can do whatever they want. This was a cheap shot posting this video when the person who posted it has no idea what they are talking about. Just more misinformation. If anyone should be in trouble here, it is the person with the drone invading the property owner's privacy and possibly scaring the dogs. This outfit calls itself ANIMAL PROTECTION SOCIETY, and yet they are going after someone who is following all the laws and taking good care of their dogs. If you truly don't like it, then get the laws changed. THIS VIDEO IS FULL OF MISINFORMATION. DON'T FALL FOR THE LIES. I am not the owner of this kennel, but I have been there and found the site to be clean and the dogs healthy and happy.

Corky is a sweetheart and he deserves a loving home. I am happy he life was saved along with his 3 dog brothers. Healthy animals do not deserve to be in shelters that euthanize due to lack of space. There also needs to be more low cost spay and neuter clinics across the globe. Thanks to everyone who tranported Corky from California to Washington to his new human mom. Awesome lady. ❤🐕

Hey! I recently adopted a Papillon that came from a puppy mill. I have the papers she was given with from the pet store she was purchased from. I am going down a huge rabbit hole and I see that the breeder’s name are Kevin and Linda Wagler, but I think this may have a connection? Breeder’s address is in Indiana.

Nobody (licensed breeder or not) should be allowed to have that many dogs...they are NOT cattle!

Looks like the dogs are very healthy to be considered “puppy mill”. The dogs are too clean to be “wading” in feces. Yes the video shows a pile of poop, dogs poop that pile didn’t look mashed or waded in. I have seen puppy mills this isn’t a puppy mill.

If people only knew how much better buying from a preservationist breeder is for people and dogs, they would put mills and retail rescues out of business.
