what was the problem ?
I wasn't using it enough, sprayed some easy start in and it fired up no problem. So try this first if you have the same issue
Be careful spraying easy start in a diesel, you can cause a runaway engine

That's just regular lag due to poor connection to the server, if it was a ddos you wouldn't be able to connect to the server
no, your internet likely had a ping spike or something suddenly throttled it
You would have lost connection and the high network traffic would have crashed your connection
