On December 21st 2023 my 14 year old dog that i raised from 1 month old was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma. Everyone told me that there was no surviving and to put him down but instead i did research and put him on a keto diet and got him mushroom tinctures plus put him on a cancer treatment with an oncologist. My world was flipped upside down and i was so scared everyday that id wake up and find him dead. Well a month later in the midst if all of this, my 9 year old bearded dragon suddenly passed away in the morning about an hour before her vet appointment. I was already heartbroken with my dogs diagnosis and then this happened. I was so destroyed during that time but did my best to help my dog. Unfortunately everything wasnt working and he was quickly getting sicker and weaker and eventually would be bleeding alot when he went to the bathroom. One day he didnt want to eat and i took him to the hospital where he spent another night and got a blood transfusion that was unsuccessful. Later that morning i had to make the hardest decision ever. He couldnt walk or even get up at all, he was put to sleep late March 2024 surrounded by all the people that loves him. I am still heart broken from losing both of them. That whole experience was an absolute nightmare.
