Memphis fan here. Started rooting for Clemson a few years ago in football when they won the national championships and beat the likes of Ohio and Alabama. Also, the grit of their coach and QBs. Anyway, you guys are a great team, and will go far in the tournament. Wish you the best the rest of this year.
Lol Brownell haters are never gonna stop hating, even when they start 9-0 and are ranked No.13 in a sport Clemson has sucked at for the most part for 112 years. We are damn lucky to have BB. Also, Memphis is a top 25 caliber team, and they had the home crowd with 2 key players for Clemson out!

I would like to just make a comment in general. I think the tigers this year are gathering together, coming together, and beginning to mesh now and next season I think we'll see a different Clemson. Now, you know, I really like Dabo as coach of Clemson. He has carried the program far, very far, actually the best it's ever been. I certainly want Dabo to stay at Clemson. I think the school needs to keep him as long as he wants to stay. He is good for the school image, he graduates his players, he sends a group to the NFL every year, he's good for the ACC. So...I think Dabo wants to stay at Clemson and become the next Frank Howard legend in years to come. Here is a thought. Dabo is one of the highest paid coaches in the college ranks. I see where Fla State Mike Norvell is around 8 million. UNC Mack Brown is 5-6 million. Both coaches are top coach products new and past. UNC loves Mack Brown. They are elated to have him back. Look what he's done. He was big in Texas for a long time. He returned home to UNC. Dabo's home is Clemson. So in order to take the " we have to have a national title every year " factor out of the equation and we pay Dabo over 11 million a year to demand that....would Dabo take a cut in pay to stay at Clemson without all the pressure and I'm sure he'll still keep Clemson in the national arena and a winner in the ACC every season. How much money does a man need ? What if Dabo took the range of pay in the Mike Norvell and Mack Brown range ? Keep Clemson in the ACC, keep them in the ACC champion hunt, and place them in the top 25. I would be just absolutely fine with that myself year in year out, and yea, skip a time or two, have a hiccup here and there, but regroup and back again. Dabo is really good for the school and the program. I think that would be the perfect marriage to me and take away all this national championship demand factor every year. Having to meet that expectation every year is no good for anyone. The booster program providing funds needs to get on board with this line of thinking as well. Big money, demanding a national title hunt every year, that is ruining college football, and the colleges associated with it, the coaches, and fans. We've lost sight of what's important here. Ask Jimbo Fisher, ask Lane Kiffin, ask Nick Saban, Lincoln Riley, Brent Venables, and the list goes on, Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State. Nick Saban said these are College players, and this isnt the NFL. Lane Kiffin made the comment recently " its all about what have you done for me lately" in college programs now. Its out of hand. It needs to stop.
