Helping us Ugandans develop a carbon credit policy with the ministry of energy, bringing down costs on solar panels be eliminating middle men, providing cheaper sustainable solar irrigation through out the year,this will help Ugandans go commercial agriculture opposed to subsistence and this eventually will yield fruits of steady income to the ever growing population hence developing and this will all also provide a GDP of 3.6 percent.
